Air Wick Pure Air Freshener & V.I. Poo Pre-Poo Toilet Spray Review

Air Wick Pure Air Freshener

"Traditional aerosols contain a lot of water, which eventually falls down and spoils the experience.  With its new formula containing 9x more fragrance and less water*, Air Wick Pure eliminates odours and diffuses a fresh and wonderful fragrance in your home.  Enhance your home's fragrance with the fresh scents of Tropical Flowers, Ocean Breeze, Purple Lavender, & Sunset Cotton!"

What I Thought:

After receiving and trying the Air Wick PURE air freshener in Ocean Breeze.  I'm happy to report that this will be replacing the current other brand air freshener.  It's great for the bathroom.  We also have 4 dogs so when it comes to bath time or muddy/raining days air freshener is a must.  This PURE air freshener sprays out nicely, has a fresh pleasant (not overpowering) scent and it lasts a long time.  It's still going strong 2hrs after spraying.

Retail price: $5.97 (Local Dept. Store)

Air Wick V.I.Poo Pre-Poo Toilet Spray

  • Proactive Odour Protection: Pre-poo toilet traps odours before they escape.
  • Keep Nasty Smells In Your Bowl:  Creates a layer that traps odours under the surface.
  • Contains Essential Oils:  Releasing a fresh fragrance, leaving the bathroom smelling great.
  • Lasts and Lasts:  Up to 300 sprays for up to 100 uses per bottle.
  • Perfect For On-The-Go:  Small, convenient, non-aerosol spray bottle is easily portable.

Once trying the Air Wick V.I.Poo Pre-Poo Toilet Spray in the Lavender Superstar, I found it did mask the smell before & after the "Go", pretty well :p  The Lavender Superstar scent isn't too overpowering and is quite nice.  The spray bottle is a good size, in case you would like to throw it in your purse .  The only drawback that I found and it's a small one, is yes I found it to help trap the odour in the bowl itself but I didn't really notice a difference in the bathroom afterwards.  Unlike if you would happened to use an air freshener aerosol spray, like for example the Air Wick Pure, mentioned above :) So I don't see the need to use this over an actual air freshener in your own bathroom.  The directions state to spray 3 - 5 times directly into the bowl itself. My first test I used 4.  I don't believe that is enough so 5 - 6, would be good place to start but you are then going to go through more product quicker.  A positive is that I do believe this is a great idea for throwing in your purse just in case for when your on the go and you have-to-go.
